Always an architectural and culinary enrichment is a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage cities Modica, Noto, Ragusa and Scicli.
Also Syracuse with its old town Ortigia with the cathedral is like a time journey into a wonderful Baroque and teaches us with respect for what humans can be capable.
