A day in Berlin

We Berliners love our city just as exuberantly in summer as we like to detest them in winter.
By bike, the not obvious beauty is best explored.

Start in Tempelhof and visit the Südgelände Nature Park on the Priesterweg on the former track areas, which were cut off by the closure of Anhalter Bahnhof.
Nature has put parts of industrial architecture in a slumber.

Then you can pause in the still intact S-Bahn station Priesterweg wonderful in the cafe and beer garden. Continue on the railway tracks, past the Südbahnhof to Potsdamer Platz.

The new park at the Gleisdreieck is cool and urban and creates so many recreational opportunities in the middle of the city.

And maybe culture after that? We have visited the State Opera for All for the second time, heard on the Bebelplatz in Mitte, Macbeth with Netrebko and Placido Domingo and shared the unique atmosphere with opera fans ... and in vain.

Finally, back to Kreuzberg, to the famous Künstlerhaus Bethanien on Mariannenplatz.
At the resident 3Schwestern has a very beautiful garden where you can also eat and drink excellently.
