The first prize of the "Best Interior" - Award was given to the design of an apartment in the Munich Glockenbachviertel and decorates the cover of the book. FINE ROOMS is particularly proud that the top-ranking interior designers used fabrics from a MEISSEN HOME collection they had designed.

The fabric Brilliant Swords in the timeless color CHARMING MAUVE adorns the back of the small armchair. The design of the fabric plays on the famous signet which has been the MEISSEN® porcelain manufactory’s quality seal since 1722. The Crossed Swords are arranged as a tendril and are woven through the silky material like a metal thread.
The winners set luxurious accents with the loosely laid cushions, covered with the fabric ROYAL DRAGON by FINE ROOMS. The MEISSEN® dragon represents the styles of the Baroque and other extravagant eras. The geometric pattern in the background is interwoven with the traditional MEISSEN® dragon motif in the foreground, creating a modern and classic reinterpretation of the legendary motif.
