Althoff Dom Hotel Cologne
Rebirth of a hotel legend
The traditional Grandhotel is located right next to Cologne Cathedral in the heart of the old town. The building is being completely refurbished, converted and refurnished. The attic, which was completely destroyed during World War II, is being rebuilt according to the design of the well-known architectural firm Ingenhoven.
The rooms and suites will be luxurious, modern, spacious and thus suitable for the cosmopolitan traveler. The design of the hotel's public areas, such as the lobby, spa, restaurants, bar and ballroom, also places great emphasis on preserving the historic character and combining it with the contemporary requirements of a modern hideaway.
The opulent, period-style facade sets a design benchmark for the interior design. It embodies the epitome of a European grand hotel in the 5-star superior category.
