The former coffee exchange and new home of the AMERON Hotel Speicherstadt Hamburg was nominated Building of the Year after its restoration and remake that were implemented with much love for detail. A jury of twelve experts from the Architecture and Engineering Society of Hamburg elects the winners of the much desired award.
