The Urban Loft in Cologne is not a hotel in the original way, it is a place where creativity meets stay, where people can meet each other and the art, in the middle and quite unusual.
The public area offers space to chill, lounge, work and enjoy, and with the open space has created a new gallery that opens to the city through large glass surfaces and intercultural links.
The opening will feature Julia Benz, the streetart artist in Germany. In collaboration with Daniel Hug from art cologne and with the great support of Anne Scherer, the art agent, we were able to realize this unique exhibition.

In the public corridors we adapted a motif from the 1970s by the graphic artist Klein, who also worked in Cologne, as a carpet design.
In combination with the Düsseldorf graphic artist Rosa Ahlers and the Cologne art student Elenor Hasselberg, the hallways become spaces of experience for a wide variety of art styles.
The guest rooms feature three very different artists.Monika Aichele teaches and also works for the New York Times as a graphic artist, her comic-like figures are humorous and thought-provoking.
The coded landscapes of the Cologne artist Erika Boll are colorful and mysterious at the same time, and the streetart artist Stohead not only designed the facade to the tracks of the area, but is also present in large format with his
